Students will use drawing methods to develop a portfolio of type and image based works which demonstrates their knowledge of drawing methods and design conventions. They will develop an understand of design processes and practice, from historical and contemporary perspectives, using handmade and digital drawing processes to produce the works. The students will generate, develop, clarify and regenerate ideas for a specific design brief and produce a systematic body of work.
Students need to be aware that there is a substantial homework requirement for this course.

Contributions and Equipment/Stationery
$30 covers consumables and some printing. Students will need to purchase a USB Pen drive or External Hard drive
$40 for Folio Printing at the Warehouse Stationary
